REFUND & RETURN POLICY


At Fog & Sea, all items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.


Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Support@fogandsea.ca.


To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:


  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem



If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because our products are made to order, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before production begins.


SHIPPING ISSUES

Fog & Sea is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier. However, if your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued for approved cases such as defective or incorrect items. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.


Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
